25 years as a referee – including 10 years as a FIFA assistant with over 70 international matches and 16 years of experience in the Austrian Bundesliga.
On the field, you learn that decisions must be clear, quick, and courageous.
Off the pitch, I have been an entrepreneur in the financial sector for 20 years, developing projects and supporting people in making important decisions.
Involvement in charity projects, pushing myself to the limit with CrossFit, and the challenge of Hyrox are the foundation for a grateful and positive mindset, which is part of my DNA – because development is always holistic.
My credo: Success requires attitude, clarity, and the willingness to push boundaries.
